Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $175.00
We use USPS to ship all domestic orders. For international orders, we use UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship.

We can exchange an item online within 14 days of purchase and provide an exchange in the following incidences: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, or if you wish to exchange an item because it wasn't desired, we can issue store credit back to you in the form of a gift card or Discount Code. Items you wish to exchange will only be accepted in their original condition, unlaundered, with tags and packaging intact. Please note flash sales and auto-applied discount codes are excluded from price adjustments.
The following items are excluded from any policies: The Fair Isle Sweater, Made in USA Sweaters, books, socks, headwear, belts, vintage collections/jewelry, third party footwear, third party brands. Any items returned to SEA CULTURE that are visibly worn, without packaging and tags, or laundered will not be subject to any policy. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate an exchange for an item purchased on our online platform, please contact concierge@seaculturebrand.com with your order number as the subject line. The typical response time is 24-48 hours after the email has been sent.
Items purchased in-store are subject to the following policy: We can exchange an item within 14 days from purchase or issue store credit for any unworn SEA CULTURE branded merchandise. The exchanged item needs to include original packaging and tags. Customers must provide proof of purchase when exchanging items. We cannot accept any merchandise without a receipt or proof of purchase. Credit will be issued on a gift card for later use or can be settled at the time of exchange. Please note flash sales and auto-applied discount codes are excluded from price adjustments.

All flash sales and marked down items are final sale and are not subject to our exchange policy.
There are no refunds / exchanges for cash on gift cards.
We can exchange third party footwear items for store credit or issue a size exchange on any purchases made within 14 days from date of purchase. All original packaging and receipts must be provided at time of exchange. Keep in mind, all size exchange requests are dependent on current stock/availability. Special orders can be requested if SEA CULTURE stock is not available.
