Refund policy

All sales final. Items purchased in-store are subject to the following policy: We can exchange an item within 14 days of purchase or issue store credit for any unworn SEA CULTURE-branded merchandise. The exchanged item must include the original packaging and tags.

Customers must provide proof of purchase when exchanging items. We cannot accept any merchandise without a receipt or proof of purchase. Credit will be issued as a gift card for later use, or it can be settled at the time of exchange. Please note that flash sales and auto-applied discount codes are excluded from price adjustments. 

The following items are excluded from any policies: The Fair Isle Sweater, Made in USA Sweaters, books, socks, headwear, belts, vintage collections/jewelry, third-party footwear, third-party brands, tobacco, and tobacco accessories. Any items returned to SEA CULTURE that are visibly worn, without packaging and tags, or laundered, will not be subject to any policy. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
