• Online exchanges: Accepted within 14 days for size/style changes or undesired items. Exchanges issued as store credit (gift card or Discount Code). Items must be unworn, unlaundered, with tags and packaging intact. Flash sales and auto‑applied discount codes are excluded from price adjustments.
• Online exclusions: No exchanges/returns for: Fair Isle Sweater, Made in USA Sweaters, books, socks, headwear, belts, vintage collections/jewelry, third‑party footwear, third‑party brands. Items that are worn, laundered, or missing packaging/tags, and items marked final sale, are ineligible.
• Start an online exchange: Email concierge@seaculturebrand.com with your order number in the subject; typical response time 24–48 hours.
• In‑store exchanges: Within 7 days for unworn SEA CULTURE branded merchandise with original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase required; credit via gift card or can be settled at exchange. Flash sales and auto‑applied discount codes excluded from price adjustments.
