Distributed by SEA CULTURE MFG CO. Dimensions: Approximately 4.5" x 4.25". One of one. The hand-painted figural base houses a removable chrome-finished gas lighter insert. The bottom is finished with a protective green felt pad to prevent surface scratching. This unique tobacciana piece serves as both a functional lighter and a decorative conversation starter for a den, office, or man cave.
